Live from the XRP Ledger

An exchange lost 233,461,943 XRP in four minutes.Mine didn't move.

$MYKEYS is the meme for everyone on the XRP Ledger who holds their own keys. No custodian. No vault to empty. Just you, a seed nobody else has seen, and a key with an attitude.

The stolen XRP went to one account. Yours never left yours.

On October 29, 2026, 233,461,943 XRP left Binance's hot wallets for a brand-new account. XRP can't be frozen. Exchanges can be emptied. A wallet only answers to its keys.

XRP this attack took from wallets whose owners held their own keys:

Not a hot wallet. Not a signing server. Not a "we're investigating." Just a seed in the right hands.

The four minutes

How 233 million XRP changed hands while your keys stayed in a drawer.

First try: 42.75M RLUSD

Rejected by the ledger. The destination account didn't exist yet.

Plan B: XRP

The first payment lands. The new account is born holding millions.

233,461,943 XRP

Five hot wallets, drained. Signed with the exchange's own keys.

Nothing happened.

That's the whole point. That's the whole meme.

Every line above is a public XRP Ledger transaction. Check it yourself: rK21t6nGLy4MNDqhvy3pGwcLFy25qgfzMx. According to press reports, Binance says affected users are covered by its SAFU fund (report). This meme isn't laughing at anyone who lost money; it's for the people who never had to find out.

Proof of Keys

Prove it on your timeline.

Paste your XRP Ledger address — never your seed, obviously. We check it against a public XRPL node right in your browser and make a card you can post.

Addresses only. If anything ever asks for your secret, seed or family seed — this page included — close the tab. Nothing is stored; the card is drawn on your device.

X doesn't attach images from a link: download the card first, then add it to your post.

Keyring PFP

Bitcoin had laser eyes. We have keyrings.

Put Keith's keyring on your profile picture and tell every reply guy where your keys are: on you. Your photo never leaves your device.

The LP tokens go to an account with its keys thrown away. The launch liquidity can't be pulled. Ever.

Get $MYKEYS

Three steps. All of them in a wallet only you control.

01

Own your keys

Use a self-custody XRPL wallet such as Xaman, or a hardware wallet. Write the seed on paper. Nowhere else.

02

Add the trustline

Trust the official $MYKEYS issuer — the address below, character by character. Fakes will copy the name, never the address.

03

Swap on the XRPL AMM

Trade XRP for $MYKEYS directly on the ledger's native AMM. No exchange in the middle. Fitting.

Keith's Rules

Self-custody is a skill. Keith has four rules.

RULE 01

Your seed never touches a screen.

No screenshots, no notes app, no cloud, no "I'll just email it to myself." Paper or metal, offline.

RULE 02

Read every character.

Address poisoning is live on the XRP Ledger: scammers send dust from look-alike addresses so you copy the wrong one. Check the start, the end — and the middle.

RULE 03

Support never DMs first.

No wallet, exchange or project will ever ask for your secret. Not even to "verify." Especially not to verify.

RULE 04

Exchanges are for trading, not for living.

Buy there if you need to. Then withdraw to an address whose keys are yours. October 29 is why.

FAQ

Questions Keith gets asked.

What is MYKEYS coin?

$MYKEYS is a meme token on the XRP Ledger (XRPL) for people who hold their own keys. Its supply, 233,461,943, matches the XRP taken from an exchange on October 29, 2026. It has no utility promise and no expected return.

Is this related to the hacker or to Binance?

No. $MYKEYS has no connection to the attacker, to Binance, to Ripple or to any exchange. The token takes its supply number from a public on-chain event and its idea from the oldest rule in crypto.

What is $MYKEYS for?

It's a meme. It's a flag for people who custody their own XRP, and an excuse to teach self-custody to everyone who doesn't yet. It has no utility promise and no expected return. Hold it because you like it, not because you expect anything from it.

Can the team mint more or pull the liquidity?

No. At launch the issuer is blackholed, and the LP tokens from the launch pool stay in an account that is blackholed too. Both transactions will be linked here so anyone can verify them on the ledger.

How do I avoid fake $MYKEYS tokens?

On the XRP Ledger anyone can issue a token with any name. The only thing that identifies $MYKEYS is the issuer address published on this site and on our official X account. Compare it character by character.

Why does Keith look so smug?

Because he was in a drawer on October 29.
