Short version: this is a meme website with a few free tools. We never hold your keys or your funds, we don't sell you anything, and nothing here is a promise.

1. Who and what
These terms cover mykeyscoin.xyz, its pages and tools (Hack Watch, Proof of Keys, Keyring PFP, the Keys Drop checker, the Remix Kit and Verify), and the official $MYKEYS channels listed on the homepage ("the project", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
2. A meme, not an offer
- $MYKEYS is a meme token issued on the XRP Ledger. It has no intrinsic value, gives no rights (no ownership, no vote, no dividend, no claim on anything), and carries no expectation of financial return.
- Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We don't run a presale, private round or sale of any kind. The token trades only on the public XRPL AMM, between users, without us.
- Nobody behind $MYKEYS promises anything about its price, liquidity, listings or future. Read the Risk Disclosure.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to use crypto-assets in your jurisdiction. Don't use the site or acquire $MYKEYS if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list. You are responsible for following your local laws, including tax rules.
4. No custody, ever
- We never hold, receive or control your keys, seed, funds or tokens. The site has no login, no wallet connection and no deposit address.
- The tools only read public XRP Ledger data. Your browser talks directly to public XRPL nodes; we don't run them and can't guarantee they are available or accurate.
- XRP Ledger transactions are final. If you send something to the wrong address, nobody can reverse it, including us.
5. The tools
- Proof of Keys cards and badges are fun summaries of public ledger data (account age, payments, trustlines). They are not a certification, an audit or proof of ownership of anything.
- Keyring PFP runs entirely on your device. You are responsible for having the rights to the photo you use.
- Hack Watch reports public ledger movements. It is commentary, not an investigation or an accusation against any person.
- All tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. They may be wrong, late or offline.
6. Keys Drops
- Keys Drops are participation rewards for self-custody and community activity. They are never a sale, a payment for money or a distribution to holders, and they never require you to buy anything or send anything.
- Each drop has its own published rules. The project may refuse, cancel or adjust a drop, or exclude wallets that look like farming, sybil activity, exchanges, sanctioned addresses or project wallets. Its decision is final.
- Rewards are sent on-chain to the eligible address. You must keep the required trustline open. Rewards may have tax consequences where you live.
- No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
7. Keith and content
Keith artwork in the Remix Kit is released for free use, modification and sharing, including commercially, with no warranty. Using it doesn't imply endorsement by $MYKEYS. Don't use Keith or the $MYKEYS name to impersonate the project, promise prices, or run scams. Third-party names (such as Binance, Ripple or Xaman) are used only to describe public facts; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any of them.
8. Third-party links
We link to block explorers, X, Telegram, wallets and news sources. They have their own terms and we're not responsible for them. Fake $MYKEYS tokens can exist: the only official issuer is the address published on this site and verified on /verify.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and anyone involved with it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, its tools, the $MYKEYS token, the XRP Ledger, third-party services, or decisions you make based on anything published here. Some places don't allow these limits; in that case they apply as far as the law allows.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
